These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Baian websites, web apps, mobile apps, live translation rooms, captioning tools, support channels, and related services.

By using Baian, you agree to these terms. If you use Baian for an organization, mosque, school, event, or team, you confirm that you have permission to use Baian for that organization.

Baian provides tools for live translation, captions, transcripts, listener access, and related Islamic content workflows.

AI, speech recognition, translation, and captioning systems can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs before relying on them.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

If your account is part of an organization or workspace, administrators may manage access, settings, billing, content, rooms, or usage connected to that organization.

You must provide accurate account, contact, billing, and organization information where required.

You keep ownership of audio, video, text, translations, captions, files, and other content you submit to Baian.

You give Baian permission to host, process, transmit, display, and use your content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload, stream, translate, caption, share, or process content through Baian.

Do not use Baian to break the law, violate privacy rights, infringe intellectual property, harass others, spread malware, attack systems, bypass limits, or interfere with the service.

Do not upload or process content that you do not have permission to use.

Do not present AI-generated outputs as reviewed, certified, or error-free unless they have been properly checked by a qualified person.

Some Baian features may require payment, credits, a subscription, or app store purchase.

Payment terms, renewal terms, refunds, and cancellation paths may depend on where you purchased Baian, including Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, RevenueCat, or another payment provider.

You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges connected to your purchase where applicable.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Baian handles information. It is part of how you should understand the service.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Baian from time to time.

We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account is misusing the service, creating risk, violating these terms, or causing security, legal, billing, or operational issues.

We try to keep Baian reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Baian is provided as-is and as available. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

Baian outputs may include transcription, translation, captioning, timing, formatting, or interpretation errors. Review important outputs before publishing or relying on them.

To the extent allowed by law, Baian Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow that limit.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and take additional steps where required.
