For support, email team@baian.ai. We can help with the mobile app, live translation, captions, billing, account access, subscriptions, privacy questions, and deletion requests.

If your request is about a paid subscription, include whether you purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another payment method.

What to include

Please include the email address on your Baian account, the platform you used, and a short description of the issue.

For a bug report, screenshots, the time it happened, and the session or room name are helpful. Do not send passwords or private payment card details.

Account and data requests

For account deletion, use the Account Deletion page so the request includes the right details.

For privacy questions, data access, correction, or export requests, contact us from the email address on your Baian account so we can verify ownership.

Subscriptions and refunds

If you bought Baian through Apple App Store or Google Play, subscription cancellation is handled inside your Apple or Google account.

If you need help understanding a charge, email us with the store, account email, and any order or receipt reference you have.
